The service tech was outstanding. He arrived in the window he said he would, and got straight to work solving our issue. We were preparing for a winter storm, and they did everything in their power to make sure we were prepared and ready for whatever came. We will absolutely use them again for all of our heating and ac needs.

He saved me thousands compared to other AC companies and while another company told me I needed a new system, Eddie said mine was in good shape and still under warranty. If you’re needing your AC repaired, these are your people! Eddie and Alex came out the same day I called, took the time to listen what was going on, and made it a priority to get down to the problem and fix it. They give great advice, and showed me how to properly hose down my unit time to time voluntarily. My visit was fairly priced and my AC was blowing strong cold air by the end of their visit. These men are kind and genuinely want to help, don’t hesitate to call!

Great company with amazing customer service!Eddie and his team of professionals have been taking care of my heating and air needs for nearly two years now. I subscribed for their maintenance service program in which they perform services every six months to ensure that my system is ready for the heat of the Summer and cold Winter weather. I love the peace of mind that I get knowing that a professional has checked my system for preventative issues instead of waiting for issues to arise.A/C & Heating Experts LLC are not out to take your money. Twice in the past year I have requested that my system be serviced due to what I thought was system issues. Each time, they have been willing to set up a service visit but also diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me to option to have them come out or see if the issue subsided. Both times they were correct in advising me that my system was running fine and saved me on service charges.Lastly, I had another company come out to diagnose a heating and air issue, just to be told that the only fix was to completely replace the control module and other electrical system repairs on my two year old HVAC system. When I asked for a second opinion from Eddie's team, they fixed the problem without replacing any system parts...two years later, no problems.I will use A/C & Heating Experts LLC for all my heating and air needs going forward.

Perry did our maintenance this morning and did an excellent job

Perry came out and serviced our A/C & heating unit. They are fabulous! They are polite, sensitive to those in the home, and willing to explain everything they do. They installed a new unit in an emergency last year and have continued to maintain service for us. They are committed to keeping our unit functioning well and helping us whenever necessary. I would recommend them a hundred times over!

A/C & Heating Experts installed our complete system in our new house. We have been exceptionally pleased. Today was the last day of our complimentary visits to check the system, and we were very quick to pay their nominal fee for them to continue routine checks and maintenance. Eddie and his team exude expertise and professionalism along with plenty of integrity. I'm 63 years old and I don't think I've ever seen a more trustworthy business. John took care of us today, and he was very thorough and took his time to explain things to me and answer my questions. Central A/C - Repair/Service I had been trying to get my regular company to call me back since 8 AM. Finally Googled a/c repair and got their number! Eddie was so nice and promised someone would be here that night! Within about 2 hours the technician showed up, had the part, and within 30 minutes, we had cold air!! They saved us!! We were melting! Central A/C - Repair/Service James and Rico arrived within 2 hours of my first call. They diagnosed the problem and told me what my options were. I elected to get a new A/C system as the old one was 20 years old. Eddie, the owner, called within a hour to give me estimates. That was late Friday afternoon. They installed the new unit Tuesday morning. I am thrilled with their level of service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend they be the first call you make if you need A/C service.

UPDATE: The owner, Eddie, got back to us after I posted this review, a review on Facebook, and sent an email. He kept in regular contact until the issue was resolved. I wish I hadn’t had to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone (e.g. if I didn’t do the “extra” things (post reviews, email) how long would it have taken them to contact us back?), however it seemed Eddie understood the root cause of the communication issue and is trying to hire someone for their high volume of phone calls and full voicemail inboxes. My service from the techs was great and I hope with Eddie’s solution in place that this is an isolated incident.Original Post: Had someone from AC & Heating Experts come out and tell us they needed to send info over to our home warranty company and next steps would be in their hands… our home warranty company has received nothing, we keep trying to get ahold of AC & Heating Experts via phone call, text, and no one has gotten back to us. We just need to know the status of that report being sent to American Home Shield so we know how we’re moving forward.It’s been a week with every day at 100°F with no AC.Can someone please just call us back.

Perry is a SUPER TECH! Came right in detected the problem had part in item and had our unit working in no time .

John was fantastic. He came out over the weekend withing a couple hours of calling and got us working for the unreasonably warm October and then came back today (Tuesday) with the parts to replace. He went the extra mile in suggesting a maintenance plan to try to avoid these things in the future and gave our whole system a once-over to make sure everything was working well. As long as they are an option, I will not be calling any other HVAC provider.

We had a new unit installed by another company; to find out they installed an oversized unit. This caused so many problems. I needed a new AC company that could be trusted. A/C & heating was highly recommended. I called and spoke with Paul the project mgr. and he directed me on how they could help us thru this problem of having the 1st unit removed and they would then step in and install the right size. It went smoothly, it's been 2 days, the correct AC unit is working great. I am so happy with their service. Paul assured me that it was going to be OK. And it is. Every one of the employees was a pleasure to have around.
